Dionna Naugle: Owner

Since 2020, I have passionately immersed myself in the study of Western Herbalism, pursuing knowledge through diverse and reputable channels. I have engaged in transformative in-person courses at the esteemed Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe, complemented by enriching online classes through Commonwealth Herbs. Additionally, I have dedicated over 140 hours to hands-on apprenticeship at SW Herb Shop in Mesa, where I have honed my practical skills. Here are the impactful courses I have completed: – Holistic Pain Management – Working Through Grief – Family Herbalist – Energetics & Holistic Practices – Supporting Kids Through Puberty – Herbal Ethics – Herbs for Babies – The Green Man – Herbal Sciences. As a mother of 3, I support their growth with an herbalism approach. My journey in herbalism is driven by a commitment to holistic wellness and a desire to empower others through natural healing. Through this journey, I have had the opportunity to network with other modalities and can extend referrals as needed.

Audra Taylor: Baker

Baking has been a love throughout my adult life but as I have experimented with herbs the loaves have come to life! Providing sourdough bread that is colorful with nutritional benefits, particularly for gut health is what I focus on. Sourdough bread, in particular, has a natural fermentation process that can enhance digestibility and provide a rich, complex flavor. Mild herbs like basil, rosemary, and thyme work well in savory bread, while sweeter herbs like mint and lavender can complement sweeter baked goods. Pairing with butter and oils is another way to play with the herbs.

Testimonials

What They Say

“With work and life overload, I struggled with anxiety that made it hard to focus or sleep. I started drinking the Overload Comfort tea daily. Within a week, I felt a noticeable difference — my thoughts were clearer, and my body felt less tense.  I love knowing I’m using natural, gentle support that works in harmony with my body. I’m so grateful for the healing power of herbs!”

Kellie

“I started taking the Iron Man Vitality blend a few weeks ago to help with low energy and focus. What I noticed first was the steady boost — not like caffeine, but a more balanced kind of clarity and endurance throughout the day. My circulation improved too — no more cold hands and feet, and I feel sharper mentally. It’s become part of my daily routine. It’s good to know these herbs are working with my system, not against it. Definitely a game-changer for energy and overall health.”
